It will take you less than 30 minutes to complete the LRP. After you respond to the items and click\u00a0<i>submit,\u00a0<\/i>you will receive a profile of your resilience strength score in twelve categories.\u00a0<b>Note,\u00a0<\/b>you need to read and respond\u00a0<i>carefully\u00a0<\/i>to each item so that you can receive an accurate LRP Profile.<\/p>\n<p>As you read each statement, reflect on your own leadership behavior in the face of adversity.
